When Clowns take over, Men turn to Fables
For the TIME WILL COME when they will NOT ENDURE sound doctrine; but after their own LUSTS shall they heap to themselves teachers, having ITCHING EARS;
And they shall turn away their ears FROM THE TRUTH, and shall be turned UNTO FABLES.
“And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars;
I know thy works, THAT THOU HAS A NAME THAT THOU LIVES, and ART DEAD.
BE WATCHFUL, and strengthen the things which remain, THAT ARE READY TO DIE: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and HOLD FAST, and REPENT. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, ….”
And prophecy is not of private interpretations.
GOATS are being mistakenly packed into churches as if they are SHEEP today.
Why?
Because we leaders of today are too EFFICIENT minded rather than EFFECTIVENESS!
Many ‘CHURCHES’ of today are engaged in promoting a CULTURE OF ENTERTAINMENT while the true CHURCHES
(note the word “true” instead of “perfect”. None is perfect yet till the Master comes)
focuses and nurture the SHEEP in the PURSUIT OF GOD!
Many today ‘christian’ apologetic is tending to be focused on HUMAN REASON while the Bible’s apologetic focuses on the POWER OF GOD & EXPERIENCE in daily walk in His Word.
The GOATS have CONSUMERIST mentality regarding the home church but the SHEEP is disposed from the inside to being EQUIPPED FOR THE MINISTRY!
A “goat” is a make-belief Christian! A “goat” is the Esau in the family tree of Isaac.
A”goat” is type that looks and TALKS the “LANGUAGE” but does not have the inner nature to LIVE out the life of the WORD!
The Word spoke expressly that some will depart from the faith, isn’t it?
The entire messages of the Master to the 7 Churches of Asia in Rev 2 and 3 were sent
to WARN, EXHORT, REBUKE and REDIRECT and ensure that true churches do not LOOSE their CANDLESTICKS!
Even churches, ministries and movements do die! Spiritually they do die but keep on living in glamour and shiny display of splendour while the name had been deleted from the heavenly register.
Remember what the Word says to even SHEEP…
“Remember from WHERE THOU HAS FALLEN, do that fast or ELSE I SHALL REMOVE YOUR CANDLESTICKS!
HE (individual) that has an ear, let him hear what God says to the CHURCHES.
Just individuals have ears, churches have ears as well o!

YES! Many are deceived into thinking that just because they were ‘guided’ to make some short or brief statement of confession, without heart-felt conviction, they are now Christians!
No sir!
There is a New Age influence in the Church that tends to stylishly attack biblical warnings and end time prophecies that were given by the holy apostles to help us to REMAIN AWAKE!
These new way of preaching and teaching in “faith” and “hyper grace” tend to slowly NIBBLE at the EFFECTIVENESS of ENDTIME WARNINGS and DEMAND for OUTWARD LIVING out of the inner righteousness that we received FREELY from Christ at rebirth, if:
(1) our rebirth is genuine
(2) we are being nurtured by SHEPHERD
(3) if we humbly submit to true leadership with discernment.
Righteousness is our (sheep) nature, works or fruit of righteousness is our natural lifestyle. Even when we stumble occasionally, we do not look for ways to ‘biblically’ justify our error. No! We hate the misdeeds and repent.
Yes, my brethren Charles Spurgeon is correct about GOATS and SHEEP. He is correct about CLOWNS in churches. He is perfectly correct and it happening now!
Sirs, Apostle Paul was and is correct in his prophetic letter to Timothy and the Church!
Men are now impatient with CORRECTIVE messages, dislike the GOSPEL that demands HOLINESS and transparency.
People go to church to be HAPPY and FEEL GOOD rather than BE SOBERED and motivated into DEEPER LIFE in God.
Yes pastors are becoming FABLES or cartoon characters now by the reason of personal indiscipline which they even shamefully try to justify!
Leaders, empty of true revelation of fresh NOW-WORD from heaven, CROWD FOCUSED, are now turning to (1) motivational speakers,
(2) worldly atheistic iconic leaders & politicians,
(3) renown, moral but secular thinking achievers and
(3) stand up comedians to assist in maintaining church attendance and grow church size.
Am I lying?
Anybody can temporarily take wrong steps, anybody can make mistakes and anyone can be deceived for a while in this faith walk but it is imperative that we must recover fast!
Yes there are goats who are mistakenly accepted as believers.
The Bible gives us a parallel as in the church in the wilderness, the GOATS are the “MIXED MULTITUDES” who regularly
☆ hunger for the “egyptian garlic and cucumber”,
☆ complain about the manner from heaven,
☆murmur about demand for
☆ high level sanctification and instigate rebellion.

Recall these words from the Lord, The Master:
(paraphrased)
(1) “You, the church of Sardis, have a name, that is,
– a reputation,
– an identity,
– a present state of being
that indicates that you are ALIVE, that is, in Christ but
EFFECTIVELY as at now, as I see you, you are dying or even dead!”
(2) “I exhort you to WAKE UP, I don’t want you dead and be lost, WATCH YOUR STEPS! There are still some things in you that are being kept by grace, REGAIN and STRENGTHEN yourself back through these!”
(3) “if you do not DO this QUICKLY, even you MAY LOOSE them as well”
(4) “Do quick INWARD searches, amend your believing and thereby correct your lifestyle (works or fruitfulness) now”
(5) “I intend to return to you for RECKONING unannounced, like the suddenness of a thief”
Questions:
(1) Was Sardis, like the other six, a true church or not?
(2) Isnt the whole book of Revelation was and is written to believers only?
(3) Is Sardis is not a true church then,
– why did “she” have a candlestick?
– Why will Jesus send this warning message to “her” and the members?
(4) As Jesus spoke here, doesn’t it mean that a CHURCH and/or BELIEVER “DIE” due to spiritual negligence yet showing off to the world that he or she is still SPIRITUALLY ALIVE?
Remember my son, the first stage of “salvation” is being the door to “seeing” the Kingdom. There are other level as clearly indicated in God’s Word that there is a process to “entering”. The end is “inheritance” which is THE JOY OF THE LORD with Him.
Note these sentences which must constitute the full grasp of THE PARADIGM OF “SALVATION”
according to the COMPLETE word revealed in the Bible, all put together, not selective:
[1] We have BEEN SAVED
=> JUSTIFICATION (separation from the Penalty of Sin)
[2] We are BEING SAVED
=> SANCTIFICATION (work in progress – Separation from the Power of Sin)
[3] We SHALL BE SAVED
=> GLORIFICATION (final Separation from the Presence of Sin)
Failure to grasp this make nonsense of the wholeness of God’s Word.
If the process is not followed through to the end, one may be in the end a castaway!
In genesis, we were made in God’s IMAGE and LIKENESS in according to Chapters One & Two, correct.
But from chapter Three, men came forth afterwards in Adam’s fallen IMAGE & LIKENESS.
Hence, the need for a new and last Adam!
At any time, you, as a free moral agent, may choose which IMAGE & LIKENESS to conform to, either FIRST ADAM or LAST ADAM, it has always remained man’s own individual’s choice and decision. That is the reason for these warnings!
Ponder on this words from Apostle Paul to genuine believers, SHEEP in their own rights like ourselves, and true church in Rome, as ours today:
Romans 13:11-14 KJV
“And that, KNOWING THE TIME, that now it is high time to AWAKE OUT OF SLEEP:
for now is OUR SALIVATION NEARER THAN WHEN WE BELIEVED.
The night is far spent, the day is at hand:
let us therefore CAST OFF the WORKS OF DARKNESS,
and let us put on the ARMOUR OF LIGHT.
Let us WALK HONESTLY, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
But PUT YE ON the Lord Jesus Christ, and
MAKE NOT PROVISION FOR THE FLESH, to fulfil the lusts thereof”
