What I will do is to avoid the usage.
What if it is true?
What it might imply in the realm of the spirit may be more devastating (?) than what if it is untrue.
As a leader, I would rather avoid it and deliberately develop something else to send same message to my friends. That is part of personal sacrifice we endure as “apostles” (like Paul would say) to avoid sending wrong signals to the weak and/or the innocent, unlearned growing believers
If some people have generated “lol”, and it became adopted by all men, I as a child of God, have more than that capacity to intentionally generate something else, in order to avoid anything that can negatively affect God’s domain of influence over men and subtly increase that of the enemy
Really it is likely to be nothing but for conscience sake, as Paul taught in the book of Romans, I shall drop using that acronyms.
I can do that for my love for Christ and His influence
It is high time we start resisting the negatively charged, pungent and acidic “atmospheric pressure” being set up by Satan and his cohorts in the media (print and electronic), music, entertainment and political space.
I choose to resist, and overcome “the prince and power of the air” with the strength from my inner man received from Sun of Righteousness, the Prince of Peace, amen!
I start consciously and deliberately from even certain issues considered by many to be insignificant to rational reasoning or borderline issues.
Let the “war” begin!

So what will happen the next time a child is playing in his father’s compound and comes up with creative new meanings for age-old acronyms such as “AKA”, “BRB”, “POS”, “ASAP”, “ETC”, and so on? Are we going to abandon these ones also? I think we shouldn’t read too much into these things sometimes.
