Correction and retraction of post

My attention has been pointed to the recent posting that I did on “Standing Firm”.
In the posting, I had referred to what was a purported declaration or message from Pope Francis. I have since found out that such statements were never made nor released from the Vatican.
I have reacted instinctively as a defender of the truth of God’s word based on what I received from a source that had always been authentic.
This is a grievous error.
