REAFFIRMING OUR KINGDOM COMPLIANT STATUS: EJECTING ESAU! Esau does not live here anymore!

Hebrews 12: 14 – 17
Who was Esau?Malachi 1: 2-4
“Hate”Idiom of preference and not expression of personal malice. God made a choice of the younger over the elder due to Esau’s disposition and attitude towards God. Esau was a fornicator and destitute of hunger for God in His life, while Jacob was the type that loved the Lord and hungered to do His Will.
Gen 25: 23 – 34

Verse 32 The root sin of Esau: Devaluation Of God’s Offer & Free Gift
“what profit shall this birthright do to me”This question showed his disposition and character, his faithlessness in spiritual things
Twenty-two Blessings of Birthright
Family inheritance (Gen. 25:5)Family supremacy–the ruling head of the whole tribe (Gen. 24:65; 25:5; 27:29,37)The father’s blessing (Gen. 27:4,27-38)Spiritual leader and priest of the family or tribe (Gen. 26:25; 35:3-7)Choice of all family lands (Gen. 25:5-6; 27:28,37; 28:4; 35:12)Fruitfulness in offspring (Gen. 13:16; 15:5; 17:2,5; 22:17; 26:4,24; 28:3,14; 32:12; 35:11) Special providence (Gen. 12:2-3; 26:3-4,24; 27:28; 28:15)Personal blessings (Gen. 12:2; 22:17; 26:3)A great name (Gen. 12:2; 27:28-29,37)Personal blessing to all nations (Gen. 12:2-3; 18:18; 22:18; 26:4; 28:14)Eternal inheritance (Gen. 13:15; 17:7-8; 28:13; 35:12)A special party to the Abrahamic covenant (Gen. 17:7,19; 26:3-4; 28:4, 13-15) ““Father” of the Messiah (Gen. 12:3; 21:12; 22:17; 26:5; 28:14; Rom. 9:7; Gal. 3:16) Father of many nations (Gen. 17:5; 18:18; 35:11) Father of kings (Gen. 17:6; 35:11) Eternal natural seed (Gen. 17:7-8,19; 2 Sam. 7; Isa. 9:6-7; 59:21; Lk. 1:31-32)Have Jehovah as a special God (Gen. 17:7-8; 28:15; 32:9,12)Have power over enemies (Gen. 22:17; 27:29) Have headship of nations (Gen. 27:29)Material prosperity (Gen. 12:7; 13:15; 15:18; 26:3-4; 27:28-29,37; 28:13; 35:12)Spiritual blessing of Abraham–justification by faith (Gen. 28:4; Rom. 4; Gal. 3:14) Curse upon enemies (Gen. 12:3; 27:29)
The birthright of men in the direct lineage of Christ included all the above, but that of an ordinary firstborn of any other family was different in many respects. The birthright belonged to the firstborn even where hatred was involved. He was entitled to a double portion of the inheritance (Dt. 21:15-17).It could be sold (Gen. 25:29-34; 27:36; Heb. 12:16; Rom. 9:12-13), forfeited because of sin (1Chr. 5:1-2), or set aside by God (Gen. 25:23; 48:15-20; 1Ki. 2:15; 1Chr. 26:10).
Things to learn from Esau’s case:God will work out His purpose without human deception (Gen. 25:23; Mal. 1:2-3)God can predict human acts on the basis of human traits (Gen. 25:23; Mal. 1:2-3)God is sovereign in His choice (Rom. 9)Do not permit natural feelings to divide the family (Gen. 27)
Traits of parents are passed on to their children (Gen. 29:1–Gen. 30:43)God can see further than man (Gen. 25:23)God’s choice is based entirely upon human traits, dispositions, and acts (Rom. 9:14-24)
Do not put personal preferences before the will of God (Gen. 25:23; 27:1-4)We have no right to question the will of God (Rom. 9:8-24)
Do not permit natural dispositions to hinder spiritual blessings (Gen. 25:34)God has made it possible for natural traits and dispositions to be completely changed so as to obey Him (Gen. 32:24-29; 2Cor. 5:17)
One must choose to submit to God to have such changes made (Jn. 3:16)A mere moment of fleshly gratification can damn the soul (Gen. 25:34; Heb. 12:16)
God’s principle of dealing with us today is on the basis of man’s choice or rejection of Him (Jn. 3:16; 1Tim. 2:4; 2Pet. 3:9; Rev. 22:17)Man can be cut off after such choice is made if he rebels (Rom. 11:7-20)Rebels can be brought back to original righteousness again by repentance (Rom. 11:20-32; 1Jn. 1:9)
What a man sows he will reap (Gen. 27,33; Gal. 6:7-8)God deals with men even before they are changed to conform to Him (Gen. 28:12-22; 31:1-13; 32)God has certain callings for qualified men (Gen. 25:23; Mal. 1:1-3; Rom. 9)God works out even human schemes to His own glory (Gen. 27; Rom. 9) Revelation comes when we are sincere and persevere (Gen. 28:12-22; 32)
Revelation 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
The “Mystery Of God” includes all that is in the Plans and Purposes of God for the Age of Men.Men do not know everything. God conceals.God reveals whatever He wills at Kairos moments by providence to chosen men and by men who seek and press into Him.
Prov 25: 2, 3 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing:
Deut 29: 29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Daniel 2: 22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
2 Kings 4: 27 Elisha And when she came to the man of God to the hill, she caught him by the feet: but Gehazi came near to thrust her away. And the man of God said, Let her alone; for her soul is vexed within her: and the Lord hath hid it from me, and hath not told me.
God has His Pre-determinate Counsel. His Counsel will not fail.God is all powerful and there is a manner in which His counsel is determining of all other things. We can see this determinate counsel spoken of in the book of Acts when referencing the predestination of Judas to betray and deliver over Jesus Christ to His enemies.Acts 2:2323 Him [Jesus], being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain
•Joseph Betrayed by his Brethren, Jesus Betrayed by Israel
Truly, if God were to give counsel or decide to do anything, it could not be resisted and none could stand against it! “There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand” (Prov. 19:21).When God gives the counsel from eternity past, no method or circumstance at present in any time could usurp what “was determined” already by God (Luke 22:22).
His counsel, line upon line, precept upon precept, builds up to His ultimate and sovereign rulership over the earth.
Dan 7: 21, 22 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
Rev 3: 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
1Cor 9: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
Phil 3: 12 – 16 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

The Mystery Of God have keys to access them so that we are not bent out of the way.

The great King of kings has made it a practice to bring the most noble and lofty to humbly confess what was written in Proverbs 19:21, but the question remains, have you confessed? Soberly observe Nebuchadnezzar’s confession written in Daniel chapter 4:
